Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for client annual enrollment. You will coordinate ADP resources and perform hands-on configuration for benefits administration and enrollment.

You will act as primary client contact, manage benefits setup, and support WFN integration, working with back-office teams and carriers to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefit administration functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Support data gathering, requirements analysis and ADP project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinate benefits administration tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Configure and maintain WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Secure and update information from enrollment sources to support WFN/HRB config and enrollment.
• Manage project tasks including system updates, data migration and testing.
• Resolve data flow and integration issues with carriers and payroll partners.
