Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for client annual enrollment. You will coordinate ADP resources, manage benefits plans, and support WFN/HRB configurations to drive a successful enrollment.

You will serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients, oversee data gathering and requirements analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timelyDeliverables in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefit administration functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of ADP's WFN and ability to navigate the organization to resolve client requests.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Obtains information from enrollment sources to support WFN/HRB configuration for enrollment.
• Manages project tasks: data gathering, system updates, testing, and data migration.
• Monitors data flow and integration, resolves errors, escalates issues as needed.
• Researches and resolves benefit-related problems and coordinates with other teams.
• Coordinates with providers to support benefits administration and related invoicing/claims.
• Ensures audits and reconciliations with back-office processes and vendor invoices.
• Provides benefits service support via phone, CRM, email, or in-person.
• Communicates with stakeholders to expedite responses to critical situations.
