Job summary

Proliance Surgeons seeks a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize comprehensive benefits and LOA programs, ensuring compliance and a strong teammate experience. You will oversee health, retirement, PTO, and complex case resolution while partnering with HR leadership.

This 1.0 FTE role begins as a 6‑month contract with potential conversion to permanent, remote for the period with relocation if permanent to WA state. Five to seven years of HR/benefits experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Progressive experience in benefits and LOA management.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits and LOA programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and state laws.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Lead education, communications, and engagement around benefits.
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership to align programs with business goals.
