Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize benefits programs, ensure compliance, and elevate teammate experience. You will partner with HR leadership to align benefits with talent objectives, drive education, and mentor the HR team.

This 1.0 FTE remote role begins as a 6-month contract with potential for permanent conversion. Remote work is allowed for several states during the contract period; relocation may be required if converted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; progressive HR/benefits experience preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in benefits and leave administration with regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive benefits and LOA strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee health, retirement, PTO, wellness, and leave programs end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state rules.
• Manage vendors, contracts, service levels, and data integrity across systems.
