Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize our benefits and LOA programs, ensure compliance, and support a great teammate experience. You will partner with HR leadership to align benefits with recruitment, retention, and total rewards, while guiding complex compliance matters and driving data-driven improvements.

This 1.0 FTE role begins as a 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent.

• Oversee benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, PTO) and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state rules.
