Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Human Resources Specialist - Benefits & Leave Operations to provide national operational and transactional support for its benefits and leave programs. The role focuses on benefits administration, data integrity in HRIS, and routine employee assistance, coordinating with the Leave of Absence Specialist II on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with interest in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Review new hire benefit elections for accuracy and eligibility in ADP and carrier systems.
• Process benefit corrections and life event changes with required documentation.
• Verify employee eligibility and coordinate coverage updates and notifications.
• Support COBRA administration by maintaining data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with Open Enrollment planning and data validation.
