Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and services provider based in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support new and existing clients in setting up and using our payroll and benefits software on site. You will engage clients through the benefits implementation phase, test system configurations, and coordinate with HRIS and payroll teams.

Strong communication and project-management skills are essential; Associates degree or 3 years related experience

• Experience with HRIS, payroll and benefits systems.
• Strong client service and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up and use of purchased software.
• Engage clients during benefits implementation phase with DP expertise.
• Test and troubleshoot final system setup.
• Manage client accounts and communications; coordinate with teams.
