Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Benefits Implementation Consultant to support new and existing clients as they deploy and utilize benefits administration software.

You will gather requirements, configure system settings, coordinate timelines, conduct testing, and train end users while partnering with clients and vendors to ensure a smooth transition to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or related client-facing role.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits technology, testing, and data validation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar office software.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact during implementation and go-live.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather benefit program requirements.
• Manage all phases of benefits implementation projects.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier connections.
• Coordinate timelines and communication with clients and vendors.
• Conduct testing, QA, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot issues during and after go-live with recommendations.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Document decisions and configurations for ongoing support.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and adoption.
