Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is recruiting an Implementation Consultant to manage client onboarding for benefits programs and government-compliant configurations. You will partner with Sales, Client Relations and Payroll to ensure onboarding quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes industry knowledge, process improvement, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced, on-site environment at our Chandler, AZ location. A strong background in HR systems and benefits is required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; 3+ years in related role.
• Proficiency in HR software, especially PrismHR.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits including health, retirement plans, etc.
• Experience in benefit implementation/administration.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of federal/state benefit regulations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementation for new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation, answer questions and guide system configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations and Payroll teams.
• Stay current on industry trends, practices, workflows and regulations.
• Identify optimization opportunities in implementations and tools.
• Contribute to standardizing methodologies and templates across teams.
• Work with leadership to ensure consistent implementation practices.
• Attend webinars, trainings, and other learning events.
• Perform other duties as required.
