Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Benefits Implementation Consultant to support onboarding, configuration, and ongoing utilization of benefits administration software. You will gather business requirements, set up plans and eligibility, coordinate tests, and train administrators for smooth production use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 35 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and providing consultative solutions.
• Experience conducting system testing and validating data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implement benefits software configurations.
• Coordinate timelines, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Train end users and provide best-practice guidance on benefits administration.
• Troubleshoot data, configuration, and system issues to optimize adoption.
