Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and mentor team members. You will manage go-live readiness, advise on configuration and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with multiple internal groups to ensure exceptional client experiences.

This role requires deep expertise in employee benefits and strong communication to navigate high-complexity projects while driving process improvements and best practices across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefit implementation or administration.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and benefits.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to mentor teammates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the benefit implementation process for new clients from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary benefits point of contact during implementation, managing expectations and issues.
• Provide expert guidance on benefit configuration, system setup, and eligibility rules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations, and other internal partners for alignment.
