Job Title:

Benefits / HR / Project Manager

Location:

Fort Worth, TX

Contract Duration:

12 Months Contract

Note: 100% onsite and will work 9-5. Interviews will be 2 rounds; 1st virtual, 2nd onsite.

Job Description:

• Support two high-priority initiatives requiring immediate attention.
• Living Wage Ordinances in several cities, including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX).
• Track individual benefit elections, manage ongoing wage adjustments, and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
• Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots to be introduced during this year’s Annual Enrollment (AE).
• Dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup, implementation, and employee communication.
