Pro Resources in Sartell, MN seeks a Benefits Support Specialist to guide employees through benefits programs and enrollment. You will handle health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate records and clear communication.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with claims, and coordinate with insurers and plan administrators. Knowledge of HIPAA/ERISA is a plus; open enrollment support is included in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of benefit or HR-related experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement) and basic HR concepts; HIPAA/ERISA compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in enrollment, changes, and cancellations of employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits records in the HRIS.
• Process benefits data and assist with ACA reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with claims resolution.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Assist in preparation of benefit-related reports and documentation for audits.
