Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a Coordinator I, Benefits to provide administrative support to HR benefits functions. You will work with various teams to process benefit invoices, maintain enrollment records, and ensure accurate payroll deductions.

Responsibilities include open enrollment, ACA tracking, data entry, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS (UKG) systems is preferred.
• Accounting/benefits experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP invoice entry and GRPO creation for benefits invoices; submit to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain organized files and accurate employee benefit records including enrollments.
• Maintain accurate employee benefit payroll deductions.
• Assist in reconciling billing and enrollment lists for timely vendor payments.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees on benefit programs.
• Guide employees on benefit eligibility and issue resolution.
• Advise on coverage eligibility and vendor disputes.
• Create benefit packets and manage open enrollment activities.
• Support ACA tracking and 1095-C form processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
