Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support for employee benefit programs, leave administration, and COBRA responsibilities.
• Assist with benefit enrollments, communications, record maintenance, invoice processing, premium tracking, and reporting.
• Serve as a resource to employees regarding benefit options and procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.
