Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking an Employee Benefits Representative to serve as the primary contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims. You will manage day-to-day benefit transactions, ensure data integrity across HRIS and vendors, and support annual open enrollment and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 2-4 years of benefits administration or HR experience; direct benefits support preferred.
• Experience with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, and HSA/FSA.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to explain benefits clearly.
• Familiarity with federal and state benefits regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims.
• Administer day-to-day benefits transactions for new hires and life events.
• Research and resolve benefits questions using hotline, HR systems, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate benefits, payroll, and employee data across HRIS and carrier systems.
• Support benefits billing, invoice reconciliation, and HSA contributions.
• Coordinate with brokers and vendors for reporting and issue resolution.
• Lead or assist with benefits education and annual open enrollment.
• Identify improvements to benefits processes and employee experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
