Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employee Benefits experience within an insurance brokerage or consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, and disability products.
• Experience managing renewals and client servicing independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients.
• Partner with Risk Advisors to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Manage renewal and new business lifecycle, including negotiating coverage.
