Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management.
• Licensed in California for Life and Health insurance.
• Ability to travel occasionally to visit clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support to all clients.
• Communicate with marketing to market and service clients.
• Request policy changes from the insurance company.
• Create and market Request for Proposals.
• Coordinate and present open enrollments.
• Prepare insurance plan summaries for clients.
