Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Client Manager in San Diego to advise on health and welfare plan benefits, analyze data, and coordinate renewals and new business presentations. You will liaise with clients, carriers, and service teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate, compliant communications.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a track record in benefits sales or service, with travel to client sites as needed and a focus on client satisfaction and optimal plan

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of health and welfare plan benefits and carriers.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Strong communication to explain technical matters clearly.
• Knowledge of carriers, plan designs, and cost factors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for Clients, Carriers and others on the Client Service Team.
• Review renewals, new business presentations, and open enrollment materials for accuracy and professionalism.
• Present financial measures used to predict plan costs and premiums.
• Work with Client Executive Service in prospect and renewal meetings to learn client needs.
