Job summary

World Insurance Associates, LLC. is seeking a client services-focused professional to support middle market clients within employee benefits. Under guidance, you will help design renewal messaging, conduct carrier negotiations, and assist with RFP processes.

Responsibilities include leading client strategy planning, presenting insights, and conducting open enrollment meetings (in-person and virtual). A state life and health license is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded health plans.
• Ability to identify data trends affecting client health plans.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors, and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy planning and contribute to program and coverage recommendations.
• Support RFPs, carrier negotiations, and contract reviews for fully insured clients.
• Build benchmarking and financial dashboards using EB tools and present insights.
• Lead client and vendor meetings and open enrollment sessions (in-person and online).
• Create and edit open enrollment communication templates.
• Explain the value of EB SME support and when to engage them.
