Job summary

NFP in the United States seeks a Benefits Coordinator to support Account Managers, Executives, and Consultants in the day-to-day servicing of employee benefit plans. You will assist with client administration, carrier communications, enrollments, and ongoing service requests while building a solid understanding of benefits products and industry practices.

This role offers exposure to renewals, benefit strategy, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• More than 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License to be acquired within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers, Account Executives, and Consultants in day-to-day servicing of clients.
• Assist with carrier communications, proposals, enrollments and ongoing service requests.
• Enter and manage client data in Salesforce and other systems as advised by the Account Manager.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and client communications with carriers.
