Job summary

NFP Corp is seeking an administrative and client service-focused professional to support the Account Management team. You will assist with renewals, open enrollments, and carrier communications while developing expertise in employee benefits operations.

The role offers exposure to proposal preparation, data management, and client interactions with carriers and vendors. A 1–2 year benefits background and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are valued.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1-2 years benefits experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attends meetings and calls, does not take active role.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare insurance company proposal requests and spreadsheet results, benefits and rates.
• Reviews client documents and summaries for accuracy under senior guidance.
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
• Assist with open enrollments, 5500 information gathering, and data management.
