Job summary

NFP is seeking a Client Advocate for full-time work focused on day-to-day benefit administration, enrollments, terminations, and employee changes across multiple clients. The role includes monthly billing reconciliation and responsive email/phone support to client employees.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate processing, and collaboration with brokers and carriers to ensure compliant, timely benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of carrier plan designs and portal systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team inbox for incoming cases and requests from broker clients.
• Enter all transactions pulled from the inbox onto the daily tracking sheet.
• Track daily progress of each case for team transparency and organization.
