NFP Corp is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support Account Managers, Executives and Consultants in daily client servicing for employee benefit plans. You will assist with client administration, carrier communications, enrollments and ongoing service requests while building expertise in benefits products and industry practices.

You will contribute to renewals, open enrollment efforts and proposal preparation, coordinating with teams to verify rates, benefits and documentation for a diverse

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• More than 2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Support with client administration and enrollments.
• Assist with carrier communications and proposals.
• Prepare open enrollment materials and data analysis.
• Maintain client files and Salesforce records.
• Coordinate open enrollment events and renewals.
• Answer client and vendor inquiries.
