NFP is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support Account Managers, Consultants, and client teams in administering employee benefit plans, including enrollments and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products and service.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.
• Effective time management and decision making skills.
• Diligent follow-up skills.
• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with client administrations and enrollments.
• Prepare insurance company bids and data on results.
• Maintain client files and respond to client inquiries.
• Lead 5500 information gathering and calendar tracking.
• Manage Salesforce data related to clients.
