NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator in the United States to support Account Managers, Executives, and Consultants in day-to-day employee benefit servicing.

This role handles client administration, carrier communications, enrollments, renewals, and related service requests, offering exposure to benefit strategy initiatives and a path toward a long-term career in benefits consulting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration and industry practices.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• 2+ years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers, Account Executives, and Consultants in day-to-day client servicing.
• Assist with enrollment, renewals, and carrier communications.
• Prepare insurance company proposals and spreadsheet rate data.
• Maintain client files and handle administrative tasks for open enrollment.
