Job summary

OneDigital in Phoenix is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of business and serve as the primary client contact for benefits services. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet renewal timelines, advise on cost-saving strategies, and conduct enrollment meetings.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. 3+ years in account management and Life/Health licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and manage complex client relationships.
• Experience in account management or consultative sales.
• Familiarity with health and ancillary products and benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Advises clients and delegates work to internal service team.
• Collaborates with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives on renewals.
• Manages day-to-day client issues and strategy calls.
• Leads enrollment meetings and regular client meetings.
• Advises on cost reductions while offering competitive options.
• Assists with 5500 form filings, where applicable.
• Supports growth via cross-sale opportunities and proactive communications.
