OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of business and serve as the primary client contact for benefit-related service needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure renewal success and client satisfaction, while developing client communications and supporting enrollment activities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or advisory roles, a strong focus on service delivery, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in account management or consultative role
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Current Life and Health license preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day of assigned book of business
• Serve as primary client contact for benefit-related service needs
• Collaborate with Benefits Consultants to manage renewals
• Develop employee communications for client distribution
• Assist with benefits administration requirements and 5500 filings
• Support client meetings and enrollments
• Identify cross-sale opportunities and nurture client relationships
