Job summary

OneDigital is hiring an Account Manager to oversee a book of business, acting as the primary client contact for benefit-related services. You will work with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and help grow the book of business through cross-sale opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or a consultative role, current Life and Health license, and knowledge of health and ancillary products. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or consultative role
• Broker agency or benefit administration experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Life and Health license required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quoting tools

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business
• Advises clients to optimize costs and benefits
• Collaborates with internal service teams, Benefits Consultants, and Client Executives
• Leads renewal process coordination and scheduling
• Handles day-to-day client issues and strategic discussions
• Delivers proactive communications and educates clients on industry trends
• Develops relationships through cross-sale opportunities
