Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in account management or in a consultative role
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm
• Current Life and Health license
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
• Familiarity with quoting process and tools is preferred
• Experience with database applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options
• Conducts enrollment meetings and strategy calls
• Leads and coordinates with internal service team and Benefits Consultants
• Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications
• Educates clients on industry trends and changes
