Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a dedicated book of business, acting as the primary client contact for benefit-related needs. You will collaborate with internal service teams, consultants, and executives to ensure high-quality service and successful renewals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or consultative roles, a Life and Health license, and a strong knowledge of health products.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options.
• Works with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to manage renewals and service deliverables.
• Conducts needs analysis and strategy calls.
• Conducts enrollment meetings and regular face-to-face client meetings.
• Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications.
