Job summary

OneDigital seeks an Account Manager to oversee a book of business, advise clients, and coordinate renewal processes. You will work with Benefits Consultants and internal teams to manage day-to-day client issues and optimize benefit plans.

Requirements include 3+ years in account management or a consultative role, life/health license, and familiarity with quoting tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role emphasizes client relationship building and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in account management or consultative role
• Life and Health license required
• Familiarity with quoting process and tools
• Experience with broker agencies or benefits administration firms is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and serve as advisor to clients
• Coordinate with service teams and Benefits Consultants to renew accounts
• Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls with clients
• Lead enrollment meetings and regular client reviews
• Educate clients on industry trends and cost-reduction opportunities
