Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of business and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to employer clients. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for benefit-related needs, coordinate with benefits consultants, and support enrollment and communications.

The role requires 2+ years in account management or a consultative setting, knowledge of health products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or consultative experience preferred
• Experience in broker agency, carrier, or benefit administration firm preferred
• Life and Health license preferred
• Knowledge of health and ancillary products required
• Experience with quoting processes and tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the assigned book of business
• Serve as day-to-day contact for client benefit-related service needs
• Collaborate with Benefits Consultants to manage renewals
• Conduct enrollment meetings and develop employee communications
• Assist technology with benefits administration requirements testing
• Support 5500 filings as applicable
• Build client relationships through proactive communications
• Identify cross-sale opportunities when available
