Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to manage a book of business and serve as the primary client contact for benefits-related service needs. The role collaborates with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to ensure service delivery meets expectations and grows the book through cross-sale opportunities.

Requirements include 3+ years in account management or a consultative role, a Life and Health license, and knowledge of health products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account management or in a consultative role
• Current Life and Health license, required
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; required
• Familiarity with quoting processes and tools; preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options
• Leads enrollment meetings and coordinates with internal service teams
• Supports renewal processes and cross-sale opportunities
• Educates clients on industry trends and changes and maintains proactive communications
• Builds strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and strategic discussions
