Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans (HMOs, PPOs, HSAs, indemnity plans) and ancillary coverages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Louisiana Life and Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal calendar and census requests; coordinate with carriers and clients.
• Prepare spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and contribution scenarios for client presentations.
• Check data for accuracy and ensure information is logical and organized.
• Assist in client communications, claims, billing, and policy issues.

Education
