Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in employee benefits.
• Client facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client relationships, supports client retention, supports carrier relationships.
• Collaborates on delivering multi-year strategic plans.
• Manages projects with client including vendor implementation.
• Provides benchmarking reports to clients and assists with enrollment materials.
• Assists with billing, audits, and compliance matters as needed.
• Schedules meetings and coordinates resources across HUB teams.
