HUB International in North America seeks an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage an assigned book of business and deliver multi-year strategic plans. You will collaborate with producers and HUB Specialty Practice Teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, analyzing objectives, and keeping abreast of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and wellness programs. A Life/Health license is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of related benefit insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Life & Health insurance license.
• Experience in managing wellness programs within large accounts preferred.
• Experience in self-funded account management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Manages enrollment processes and coordinates with carriers and HUB teams.
• Develops and communicates strategy for market analysis and renewal negotiations.
• Leads implementation of new and renewal plans and resolves complex service issues.
