Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support Producers in handling day-to-day client needs and renewals, and to assist with presentations and data analysis for client meetings.

The role requires knowledge of employee benefit plans, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a Louisiana Life and Health license. Travel is negligible, with focus on delivering excellent client service and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, HSAs, indemnity plans and ancillary coverages such as life and disability is preferred.
• Louisiana Life and Health license required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producer with day-to-day client needs and renewals.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and contribution scenarios for client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal service representatives to update renewal plan information.
• Communicate with clients and carriers; ensure timely processing of documents.
• Attend client meetings and conduct employee benefit educational sessions.

Education
