Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for Emerging Markets in Florida. You will service accounts, work with a team of producers and client teams, and help drive growth through cross-selling and new business development.

You will interact with clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues to deliver comprehensive benefits solutions. The role requires 2–5 years in employee benefits, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and broker systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of applicable Employee Benefits experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Support the Account Executive in renewal processes and reporting.
• Coordinate client work across the account team.
• Liaise between clients and carriers to resolve service needs.
• Support open enrollment and new client implementations.
• Travel up to 25% for client meetings.
