Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on coverages and forms.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Prepare market analyses, renewals, carrier submissions, and open enrollments.
• Mentor Customer Service Representatives and support on-site client presentations.
