Job summary

HUB International in the United States seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager to cultivate client relationships, analyze plans, and coordinate with HUB Specialty Practice Teams. You will manage enrollment, conduct market analyses, and advise on benefit strategies while coordinating with producers and carriers.

The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of employee benefits, and experience with self-funded accounts; a Life & Health license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits products and services and how they are delivered to clients.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with ACA, COBRA and HIPAA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Maintains accurate and organized account files and updates HUB systems.
• Assists clients with billing issues including auditing and reconciliation.
• Gathers data and prepares presentations for renewal/debriefs.
• Leads implementation of new and renewal plans or programs.
• Addresses complex service issues between clients and carriers.
