HUB International Limited is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager (AM) in Emerging Markets to maintain client accounts and provide professional support to clients, carrier representatives, and HUB colleagues. The AM collaborates with Producers and client teams to deliver HUB services throughout the policy cycle and contribute to client satisfaction and growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Support Account Executive in renewal processes, materials, and reporting.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve service needs and marketing initiatives.
• Lead client meetings and manage documentation and timelines.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for HUB products.
