Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent plus four years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree; strong communication, empathy, and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be personable, compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, able to apply critical thinking and use technology.
• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as sole basis denying consideration.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and continuing eligibility by telephone and information from applicants.
• Conduct interviews, eligibility determinations, case updates, and answer questions.
