• Ability to train, lead, and develop staff; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and programmatic supervision to staff.
• Reviews case plans and ensures quality of case management services.
• Develops guidelines for service delivery and assigns caseloads to staff.
• Coordinates and monitors staff activities and conducts conferences to review cases.
• Recommends hiring, disciplinary actions and performance improvements.
• Represents staff needs to senior management and helps develop internal policies.
