Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on computer repair and support experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues.
• Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems.
• Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups).
• Provide in-shop (bench) work and occasional onsite support.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support.
