Beyond IT Support in Norwalk, CT, seeks an experienced IT technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, remove malware, and optimize systems while supporting home offices and occasional on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on computer repair and support experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices.

In addition to your base pay, you'll have the ability to earn commission by identifying and bringing in new business - whether it's a small business client, ongoing support agreement, or referral.

What You'll Be Doing
