Qualifications

• Provide first level IT support for all employees in-person, by phone, and via remote access.
• Resolve hardware and software issues in offices and retail stores.
• Create and maintain IT supporting documentation.
• Record and track IT devices in inventory database.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for all employees in-person, by phone, and via remote access.
• Provide Retail POS system hardware and software support with POS vendor.
• Install, image, configure, and troubleshoot back-office computers and printers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tests, and repair of computer hardware.
• Create and manage user accounts in AD and Office 365, as well as other company systems.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation.
