Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to join our team for home-based ABA services for children aged 2-21. You will work 1-1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing behavioral plans and collecting progress data in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
