Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes, under the supervision of BCBAs, assisting with individualized plans and data collection.

Flexible part-time/evening hours and paid training are offered to help you feel confident delivering treatment. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients and families, and communicate with supervisors.
