Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN preferred; BSN achievable within 4 years.
• 1+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience is preferred.
• BLS certification; experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in inpatient behavioral health; assess, plan, intervene, and educate patients.
• Communicate with health care team, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities with inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records; interpret computerized data.
• Follow established nursing policies and participate in quality improvement.
